We’ve taken all the work out of catching fish and made this as easy as possible.  Two Zebco 202 rods with reels will be waiting for you when you arrive.  Hooked up and bobber set, you simply add the bait, live or artificial … both will be provided.  Grab the small tackle box with the basics we’ve provided, make your way to The Ol’ Hayes Farm Pond just up the road, cast a line and settle in.  They’re waiting for you! The poles are yours to use the duration of your stay, so you’re free to fish whenever you like. We just ask that you leave them, along with the tackle box and supplies at your cabin or caboose when you leave.

Orders much be placed at least 5 days prior to your arrival at Hideaway. Live bait will be waiting for you in a cooler in the refrigerator.

Complete with two poles, live and artificial bait and a few other fishing basics, our Go’n Fishing Package takes all the work out of catching the big one in the Ol’ Hayes Farm Pond!

Setting along the edge of the pond, you will find The Angler, one of our hideouts.  Outfitted with three rocking chairs (one for the smallest fisherman) inside and firepit outside, it’s easy to waste away an afternoon here.  Pack a lunch or order one from Hideaway and enjoy your midday meal at the picnic table set among the towering pines around the pond.  What do you need to bring?  Just good luck!

Because The Ol’ Hayes Farm Pond sits on The Hayes Family Farm, no fishing license is needed.
